Levy is responsible for all food and drink served at the stadium, in addition to corporate and private clients during the week.
We introduced a new staff system ensuring that each member of the team is given the same role for every match day, rather than changing their role from match to match.
Extensive work was also carried out on the redevelopment of the menu with the team focusing on quality, taste and freshness alongside provenance and sustainability.
We also worked closely with the club’s nutritionists to create dishes for the players, focusing on fish, chicken, omelettes, pasta and salads. As a result, former four-course menus in boxes have moved to a more relaxed grazing experience.
Conference + events
We also partner with Leicester City FC to deliver non-match day conferences and events at The Kingpower Stadium - from meetings and conferences to Christmas and birthday parties.
Results
The Front of House team at King Power Stadium was awarded a prestigious Foodservice Catey award in 2016.
To celebrate the Premier League win, the Levy UK team prepared a lunch for 900 people, followed by a VIP party after the last match of the season for 400, all in a marquee in the stadium’s car park, with just five days’ notice.
Also added into the mix has been the provision of catering for Leicester City’s first concert, featuring Kasabian, at the stadium.
